Property and Client management

Search Options
There are 4 property search options available: looking to lease or rent the housing where someone already lives with a view to economy and standard search for renting/leasing a home.
The search is made by means of 7 parameters: kind of operation (buy, sell), property type (apartment complex, beach property and so on), location (country, state/region, and city), number of bedrooms, with/without photos, move date, price. Search results are sorted by: move date, price, publication date and other parameters. Also there’s advanced search option that helps to find the necessary property by

means of indicating all the search parameters (24 search categories).

Property type
The site represents 41 property types: house, apartment, room, other.

Property description
Detailed property description by means of different characteristics:
30 types of conveniences: balcony/deck, billiards room, canalization, grill etc.
18 types of environment, surroundings such as: beach service (available), disability access, fitness center, golf nearby, high-rise buildings, lake view etc.
Furnished or not etc.

People description:
If you are looking for a roommate, you can set his/her preferable parameters such as, for example: age, gender, orientation, presence of pets, attitude to smoking, drinking, drugs . If you have a ready database of users, you can contact us and request to import it into your site.

Photos
You can add photos to your listing to make it more attractive.

View variants that match your criteria
Have you posted a listing? Use the option “View variants that match your criteria” and you will find variants that match your criteria and get a list of results according to your listing requirements.

Period of the listing to stay active
You can set the time period when your listing will be active starting from the selected date. Let’s say you sell the house from May, 1. If the listing is not actual anymore, you can make it inactive or remove.

How to contact you
Every listing contains contact phone number.
Members can also make use of internal messaging system and online contact forms.

View Statistics for your listings
You can track the statistics for your listing and see who viewed your listing, browsed your profile, added you to Hot List or got interested in you. Also, there’s a Black List option to get rid of officious members

Events option
Your site members can add events to invite other members of your service. For example, it can be a party or a visit to a museum. All they will need to do is to indicate the name of the event, its date, time and place. Everyone will be able to join it.

Chat
There is a general chat where one can create his own channel for communication. The theme of the chat can be changed, there are smilies and other options available.

Notifications

Members’ notifications
In order to make your company customers remember about you, there are 5 system notifications sent out by email:
1. Congratulation on registration with the login details.
2. Possible matches found alert
3. There is a new message in your mailbox alert
4. Someone viewed your profile alert
5. Someone interested in your listing alert

Administrator’s notifications
You will receive system notifications by email informing of:
1. Account deactivation with reason provided
2. Online contact form submission (users’ improvement suggestion).
3. Members complaints submission.

News and Referential information for site visitors
In the section news you can post your own news. The system also includes preinstalled RSS feed aggregator. You can add RSS feeds from other sites and have them posted on your site. You can fill up information for your customers with the following sections: “About us”, “Privacy policy”, “Terms of use”, “Help” and “Testimonials”.

Paid services

If you use the system as Real Estate portal providing FSBO/Flat Fee listings website services, you can use any of 4 built-in paid services. They are:
1. Charge your site members for posting their listings or their membership on the site.
2. Provide your site users with such payable services as make their listing more visible with ‘slide-show’ feature and other options.
3. Ability to raise the listing in search results. (On the analogy with context advertising in the search engines).
4. Leader of the region service. Make the listing featured in the region means the possibility of making your listing photo and greeting text appear on the main pages of the website. The listing becomes “Leader of the region” if you pay some amount which is higher than the amount paid by the current leader.
You can choose a payment system for the site from the list of available preinstalled payment gateways. The following payment systems are included: Paypal, CCBill, Chronopay.
