• The system will send an immediate email to the person who completes the form. You can customize the emails sent to customers from the script in text or HTML.
   

• You have the ability to personalize the fields used in the automatic email to your customer or website visitor.
   

• You may send attachments using the automatic email that your customer will receive.
   

• The data from the completed form will be stored in the MySQL database for future reference/use.
   

• You can have unlimited fields (text, expanded text, radio buttons, drop down boxes, etc.) that you can name anything you want, to use for any purpose that you want: contact forms, surveys, email a friend, product orders or customer service.
